How to keep your figure during the holiday

around and who can be that good anyways. What can you do to save your figure?
Well, you can plan to eat other things instead of fatty food or eat before you
arrive
at the party. If you wait until the party, you will eat everything that
is there. It’s best to eat before you get there so you don’t eat a lot of high
fats food.
You should pick out your food. You should choose the healthy foods from the
non healthy ones. Don't get carried away by the holiday or else you will gain
sizes. You still want to look great in that cocktail dress for the holiday. We
want to look good for our dates and our friends for the holiday instead of
feeling uncomfortable because we gained weight. You should eat less at the
parties and choose foods that low in fats. Wines are high in calories so you
should limit it to one only. The holiday is filled with nothing but sugary food
so you should eat less at parties. Holiday food will
make you gain weight pretty quickly. You can eat a good meal with meat and
salads but avoid the sweets. They are not filling but they make you gain big
weight. This is especially true for the diabetics, you should avoid sugary food
or else you will gain weight.
One group of food that you can avoid is the high fat group like gravy,
butter spread, butter cakes, pork with skin or chicken with skin because these
are very high in fats content. If you can avoid the sugar selection and the
fats selection then you're on your way to good weight management for the
holiday. You can eat anything that you want but stay away from sugary foods,
high fats foods and high calories items. Calories matter too. You should watch
your calories and don't over indulge. There are so many chances for us to eat
for the holiday because of the many parties that we will going to so just watch
what you eat and you'll be happy when the holiday is over.
