How To Kill Fleas While You're Asleep
posted November 2, 2009 - 12:01amYour loving pet has left an army of fleas to protect you during the night. You can't get to sleep because your bed and your room are infested with these critters. There's no way you're going to be able to wage an all out war on them anytime soon, but something needs to be done.
Go out and buy yourself a nightlight. You can find these for a buck a piece (lightbulb and all) at your local Walmart.
Plug your nightlight into an outlet in the room of fleas.
Fill a deep tray or bowl (the wider the better) with water.
Pour some liquid detergent into your bowl of water and set it under the nightlight.
Make sure your nightlight is turned on and all other lights in the vicinity turned off.
While you sleep, the fleas in your room will become attracted to the nightlight and attempt to jump towards the light. They will land in the soapy solution and drown.
