How to Know if Someone Has Anorexia or Bulimia

Not just amongst females, but for the first time men are beginning to suffer from these diseases as well as media and other outlets that promote distorted body images. Most eating disorders begin in the teen years, but they can begin at any time. The reasons behind eating disorders are varied, from distorted body image to being unable to control their lives, anorexics and bulimics need help immediately. Anorexics commonly alternate between bulimia and anorexia. If they’re eating food, they’re just throwing it up later. Either way, both conditions can quickly run out of hand and need to be caught as soon as possible Here are some steps to watch out for and help determine if someone has anorexia or bulimia.
