How to Law School Study

How to Law School Study. If you’ve made it to this article, you’ve probably already gotten into law school. If not, take a peek at some of my previous articles on how to get into law school and study for the LSAT. So now that you rsquo;re there, how do you do well? It’s not necessary to tell a law student how important grades are. Not only will you be kicked out if the grades are low enough, but your job options will be severely limited with low grades. Law school classes are unlike any of which you’ve probably taken before, most professors, especially your first year, will employ the “Socratic Method”. This method involves answering questions with questions, very confusing. On top of this, instead of a text book, you’re handed a casebook with a bunch of cases instead of text in it. How do you get anything out of all these cases? And how will this ever apply to a final exam?
