How to Live Longer and Healthy

We all want to live longer and enjoy life to the full, the life expectancy of in a western country is about 75-80 years, 100 years ago living to this age was a great achievement and with the advancements in medical science who is to say that 150 years is impossible in another 100 years time. We can all contribute to the longevity of our lives by taking a few simple steps to live longer. Here are 5 steps to how to live longer.
STEP 1 - BODY
Keep you body in an optimal condition, start by sterngthening your immune system by taking friendly bacteria every day, take a good quality multi vitamin to ensure your body if fully replenished with any lost vitamins. Make sure you workout regularly with non impact exercises such as yoga which also helps relax the body and mind and keeps stress at bay. Get plenty of sleep and ensure you are always hydrated. With all these points you will ensure your body is at optimal levels all the time to fend off any diseases.
STEP 2 - DIET
Cut all vices from your diet, reduce your fat content, reduce your sugar content, increase your fruits and vegetables and antioxident levels everyday. Remove all drugs, alcohol and cigerettes from your routine as this cause premature aging in the body. Take quality supplements that will improve the functioning of all the organs in the body and from time to time flush the entire system via fasting and other means such as liver flush and colon cleansing to remove all the debris and toxins that can cause diseases.
STEP 3 - ENVIRONMENT
Make sure you take every step to improve the environment you live in, avoid the city pollution and opt for the countryside or a beach, you breath air all your life and this has a profound effect on your body, the better the quality of air the better your body will last in the long run. By making this simple switch and breathing a more quality air you will ensure that your lungs and all the organs in the body are supplied with oxygen which is free of any toxins or pollution which will cause less damage to the cells of the body.
STEP 4 - MEDICAL HISTORY
Check your families family history, look for early signals, if your family has a history of heart disease then cut back on all fats and sugars and have regular cholestoral checkups and diabetes check ups, take aspirin every day and always have a stress free life. By knowing your families medical history you can assess the likelihood of your own chances of contracting the disease and take productive steps to manage this or even eliminate it.
STEP 5 - EARLY DOAGNOSIS
Always have regular checkups, try and note down any symptoms that you have and always go to the doctors straightaway and address the problem, the bigger promlem always arrives from a small problem so do not delay and procrastinate as it may end up being the worst decision you made. Try and go private as this will warrent a greater quality of attention to detial and advance medical equipment when you are being checked by a physician.
