How Long Does It Really Take To Sell Your Home?

"Seventy-eight days. That's the average length of time Hillsborough County real estate agents report it's taking to sell their clients' homes. That may not be accurate, however. A flaw in the computer system that tracks listing data allowed agents to shield from buyers a clear picture of how long a property has been on the market."
