How to Lose the Rolls and get rid of the love handles!

Do you ever check yourself out in the mirror after your shower, and count your rolls?

Do you suck in your stomach and hope to lose a few rolls?

Do you find that most of your "fat" is situated in these rolls.. and you think "If I could just lose the rolls, I would be great!

If you answered YES to the above questions, then you probably are familiar with the "weight loss game". You know the one, where you starve yourself, and lose a few pounds, sometimes a lot of pounds, then you smell some great food, and then all will power is lost, and you gain it all back.. and maybe a few more pounds.

Better known, as YOYO Dieting. But this does not have to be the way it will always be. I had to figure out a way to lose the rolls, or end up on blood pressure meds, and to me that was a life sentence of medication with possible side effects.

I didn't want that. So, I devised a way to lose weight in my own way. It is a slower process, but I figure in the time you crash diet, then gain it back, you could have lost it steadily a few pounds at a time.

The method is based on habits. Instead of trying to totally change when or what I am eating, I decided to take my most habit days, or regular days (which for me are Monday to Friday) and take the exact foods I was eating, and I researched replacements. NOT low fat versions, since I found them bland, but just try a different brand in your local supermarket. If you can shave off 30 calories here, and 30 calories there over your most regular days, and get it up to about 250 calories a day, then you will effortlessly lose 2 pounds a month. Example: many brands of bread can differ as much as 30-50 calories per slice. Find one you like and use it. Don’t cut it out!

Shave off 500 calories a day, or just the 250 and walk your dog for the other 250 then you will lose 4 pounds a month or 1 pound a week. I did it this way, by still eating bread, and my cookies.. just changed the brands, did my homework on the calories, until I found brands that tasted just as good.. This works!
