How to Lose weight fast and effectively

The best and the simplest way to lose weight is to control your eating habits. Most of the companies coming out with pills and different supplements to lose weight. Why buy the supplements when you can lose fat weight naturally.

Many people are complaining when they are getting older. They complain because of health problems. you don't want to be on that side of the bridge. Remember that sport is health.

To start think about the junk food. Why people call certain foods a junk food? May be because it's junk? Chips, soda or pop, quick microwave meals, sweets, breads, salty food, you have to forget about. Trust me, everything that's junk food, you will have to forget about.

Foods which you can eat as much as you desire:
Vegetables, Fruits, White meat like chicken or fish ( eat separately), brown rise, oat meal.fdPRMD.jpg

To get the best results of losing weight. Get one plate of food and divide the food in 4 equal parts. Eat only 3 of those 4 parts. I know you might still be hungry, but only for a minute. it takes time for brain to receive the information from your stomach that your full, and the food is digesting.

Best to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Remember ( SMALL ) meals and nothing fancy. The simpler your meal is the faster food will digest.

Exercise is very important, because when you exercise the process of digestion ( metabolism ) starts  work much faster. Walk 30 minutes a day on a treadmill at the speed of 3.5 If you do not have a treadmill, walk in the park or just on the street. Remember, the hardest part is to start. Once you start you wouldn't want to quit. Just think of the results. Make sure to have positive thoughts.

If you have any questions or requests please let me know through comments.

Thanks and Good Luck to You!
