How to Make Delicious Barbequed Butter Chicken

Barbeque chicken pieces by putting them on skewers until they turn light brown. You can sprinkle some lemon juice on top of the chicken pieces for flavor.
Fry freshly cut onions in a pot with olive oil until they turn light brown. Add some garlic and ginger paste, salt, turmeric, cumin, green cardamom, cinnamon, diced tomatoes, lemon juice milk or whipping cream and seven spice mix together in the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Add the barbequed pieces of chicken in the curry you just prepared. Let the chicken cook in the curry. After 10 minutes add some fresh butter to the curry. Let the curry simmer down and then add some freshly cut parsley on top of the dish with melted butter.
The butter chicken is ready to be served. It tastes great with garlic butter Naan bread which is cooked in the clay oven. You can eat it with other kinds of bread as well. The chicken can be made more spicier or creamier by adding more ingredients. Adding more seven spice mix will make it more spicy and adding more milk or whipping cream will make it more creamier.
