How to Make Leprechauns Dessert for Kids

Here's an easy dessert to make with a suprise in it.  The kids will love it.  You might want to try it on some adults too, I love any combination of dessert and suprises.  Okay, I'd like to find a pot of gold too, I'm always chasing rainbows.
