How to Make Pizza Dough That Tastes Just Like at Pizza Hut

Have you ever noticed how delicious the crust is at pizza hut. It really is the key to one of the greatest tasting pizza's, no wonder they are so succesful. I have done some experimenting and i think i have come up with a dough that tastes just like theirs.< p>

Dissolve yeast in 1 and 1/3 cups of room temp. water. Add flour, oregano, salt, sugar, garlic salt and olive oil into a large bowl. You can mix with an electric mixer or by hand with a fork. Just get it to the consistency of dough.

Shape into a ball and put into a bowl covered with plastic. leave overnight.

Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface and roll out dough using a rolling pin.

Press dough evenly into well greased deep dish pizza pan. Now the dough Is complete. To finish making the pizza preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use 10 oz of tomato sauce, 10 oz of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese mix. Use pre sliced pepperoni. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Brush on olive oil around the edge of the crust.

Things You'll Need:
  • 1 1/3 cups of room temp. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 small pakage of yeast about a tablespoon.
  • 1/3 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Deep dish pizza pan
  • Small brush
