How Many Months Pregnant Am I?

Once you're a decent number of weeks into your pregnancy, you will likely be asked, or wonder yourself, "How many months pregnant am I, anyway?"
Between a desire to meet the new baby and wondering just how many more months of big belly you have, figuring out the months of your pregnancy gives a sense of time to the whole process.
Knowing the start date of the last menstrual period, usually about two weeks prior to the conception date, is the first step to figuring out the weeks and months of pregnancy.
For example, if I am 22 weeks pregnant, I'm 5 months along. At 17 weeks, one is nearly 4 months pregnant.
Further, 14 weeks equals 3.2 months, 21 weeks means almost five months and 24 weeks of pregnancy is equivalent to five and a half months pregnant.
