People who wear soft contact lenses know how difficult it could be when they wake up in the morning running late to the school or work with no time to spend even five minutes to put on their contact lenses. Here is a little advice to shorten your time it would take to put on a soft contact lens.

After picking up your contact lens from the container, run it under leuk warm water. It will take away some of the protein and other gunk from your contact lens.

Pour some solution on your contact lens while holding it on the tip of your first finger. Once the solution has accumulated on top of the lens, rub it with the help of your thumb gently. It will remove the rest of the protein from the contact lens.

After rubbing for roughly thirty seconds, put the contact lens under leuk warm water again to wash off the protein from previous rubbing. Now put in some more soft contact lens solution on both sides of the contact lense while rubbing at the same time. If any grease or protein shows up, wash it again, otherwise your contact lens is fully clean and deproteinized for you to put in your eye after pouring some more soft contact lens solution.
