Movies provide great entertainment for our generation. Any newly released movie is part of our daily discussions for weeks and months to come. Many times you are really forced by the social media to watch a movie. To watch these must watch movies you either have to rent them or see them at the theater upon their release. The prices of movies at the theaters are rising crazy while our economy is crumpling. To save money many people wait for the movie release on DVDs. Even DVDs are way too expensive now a days for the new releases. But, there is hope for the inquisitive mind.

Go to the local strip mall near your neighborhood and search for a video store. Usually there are local video stores other than the giant Blockbuster or Hollywood video stores which are willing to rent their movies for a dollar a day.

To open an account their you have to submit a deposit or have your credit card information handy for them to charge you in case you default on your account.

Once you open your account you can rent any movies available at their store. The back draw could be that a new release might not have enough copies to rent out once it is out. So, if you don't go early enough or reserve your DVDs in advance, you might not get a chance to see them when you want.
