How to resign from your job gracefully

When it’s time to leave
Before you leave your job, just know that you will need to put them on your resume for future references and that you had so many years of experience at their company
If you create drama, all of those years are gone and you can’t put it on your resume
You have wasted all those years without being able to put it on your resume
Be nice
Keep it nice and professional so that you can use it on your resume

You should be professional so you don’t get a bad recommendation
You should be nice so that there will be good communication after you leave just in case you decided you need to contact them later for other things
Don’t burn your bridges or else you will regret it
Look for another job before you leave
You should look for another job before you leave so that you have something to fall back on
Don’t leave until you have another job buckle down
You should find another job and then file for a resignation
Don’t tell the whole office about it
People who make you go nuts if you tell them that you’re quitting

It will get to the top 200th floor
You should not tell anyone that you’re leaving
Keep it quiet until the day that you leave or else you will hear people talking behind your back for months
It can be irritating
Maybe you should pretend like you’re not leaving and then leave when it’s time
Don’t burn bridges with people there
Forget about the co-worker
Don’t burn bridges with them
You might need them for a future reference

Give them advance warning

You should always give them 30 days to look for a new employee
They will give you a bad mark if you leave all of the sudden
Don’t leave all of the sudden
You will need them later

Leave gracefully

Don’t create any bad mark for yourself
Don’t make a bad impression
Keep it to yourself
Be professional
