Save an Uncopyable, Blocked or Copywritten Picture from Almost Any Website to Your Computer

Most websites have pictures to enhance their appeal. If
you've ever come across a picture on a website that you really want, but can't right click on and 'save' a copy to your computer files because the owner is trying to prevent copying, here's your solution! This works for me most times I've tried.
Yes, professional photographs in a website give the website a professional look. Many webmasters do not realize that photographs are copy written and in many cases illegal to use a photograph or image that you find on the web without properly licensing it. But if you really need the picture for something, you can always modify it to suit your needs.
Follow these simple steps and you will have your saved copy.
Things You'll Need:
- computer
- WORD program
- photo editing software

Step 1
Locate or Find the picture you want to copy.

Step 2
Select with your curser the entire picture.

Step 3
Go to "Edit" along the top of your browser (where you see the tabs File, Edit View, History, etc.) and select "Copy" from the Edit menu.

Step 4
Go to your start menu and open up your WORD program.

Step 5
"Paste" selection into your new word document.

Step 6
Right click on picture in your word document and click "Copy"

Step 7
Open your picture editing software (i.e. Microsoft Photo Editor) .

Step 8
"Paste" into a new picture.

Step 9
"Save As" any type you wish (i.e. .jpg or .gif, etc.). Don't forget to name the picture.
Walla! You now have a saved copy of the picture you can do with whatever you wish!

Another Way To Save Blocked Images
Hey really good idea. I have another way of getting an image online where the right click has been disabled to avoid users from copying the image. Using a less known or more ofetn forgotten key called the PRINT SCREEN key...yes that key lol. Once you hit the print screen key you can go straight to the photo editing software and paste in the image. Then you would have to crop the portion of the image u want and there you have it. Please be mindful of copywrite material and give credit to the original owner of the image if the image is being used in any other instance that a personal one. Hope this method helps as well.
