How to sleep better for those with sleeping problems

How to sleep better

Sleeping is important. There are those that have trouble sleeping and they can get better if they know how to control it. One is to take medication, two is to exercise well and eat right. Avoid drinking caffeine, green tea before bed. High mental stress could also cause you to lose sleep.

Why you can’t sleep
You can’t sleep because you’re highly stressed
Drank coffee or green tea
You have insomnia
You have some medical disorder with pain which can prevent you from a good night sleep

What you can do
Don’t drink coffee or green tea after 5pm or else you will have a hard time sleeping
The caffeine component will keep you up
Don’t eat too much after 6pm
Too much food can cause agitation and the digestion process will make you tire during your sleep

Things to do
Avoid alcohol- some people get a headache which prevents them from sleeping or make them sleep too much without being able to wake up in time for work
Everyone responds differently to alcohol
Go to bed with a quiet room and dark too
The environment can help you sleep better

Exercise
Exercise always make people want to sleep better
It release good hormones and you will sleep better
It reduces stress hormones which can keep you up or cause agitation
Exercise often if you have problems sleeping
Get to the doctor
If you have severe sleeping disorder, your doctor can help
They will prescribe medication for you so you can sleep better
