Such products are promoted in newspapers, magazines, in stores and on the internet. Unsuspecting people seeking to improve their health waste billions of dollars annually on products that do not improve their health or cure their illness, and in many cases do more harm than good. Here is how to recognize and avoid fraudulent health products.
