How To Burn Calories, the Green Way!

Many people have been going green recently, including with their exercise. How? Let's find out.

Instead of jumping on the treadmill when you want to go for a walk or jog, do it outside. Your mind will thank you for having something to look at other then the wall or your feet. When you're doing good on time for work, take the stairs instead of the elevator.

When mowing the lawn, quit borrowing the riding mower from your neighbor. Dust off your old push mower, and you'll burn at least double the calories. Rake up leaves instead of using a leaf blower.

Your body and mind will thank you for going green, and you'll be healthier and have a better quality of life.
