How to create your own free printable budget sheet

Here is an easy way to manage your finances monthly or weekly by making your own free printable budget sheet that is simple and versatile to use.

Things You’ll Need:

* laptop or home computer
* financial software like Microsoft Money
* calculator
* printer
* need to know your expenses, debts, income

Step1
If you have a household laptop or personal Mac or PC, you may access for free or can download a management software such as Microsoft Money to help design your own free printable budget sheet.

Step2
Design your budget worksheet around 6 main categories:
1. Total Monthly Gross Income
2. Monthly Mortgage Expenses
3. Monthly Automobile loans and maintenance expenses
4. Monthly credit Debts or consolidation loans
5. Monthly Miscellaneous Expenses
6. Total Net Monthly Income

Step3
Household expenses should include rent or mortgage insurance and loan payments, home utilities, taxes, and any home repairs and should be divided on a 12 month basis.

Step4
Car expenses include auto loans, , gasoline, auto insurance, and maintenance make up the next category on your budget sheets.

Step5
Debts include any creditor loans and monthly balance you choose to pay make up the next worksheet category.

Step6
Next list any Miscellaneous expenses are any other expenses such as:
-childcare/school
-clothing, groceries
-entertainment, cable, videos, newspaper, magazines
-medical, vet
-clubs, association dues
-investments, life insurance
-vacation, gifts for holidays
-haircuts, nails, etc.

Step7
Figure total monthly income at top of your printable budget sheet, then total your monthly expenses for each category, and subtract to get your net income balance you have free at the bottom of your sheet.
