How to EARN MORE with AFFILLIATE programs? Geniuine Trick!
posted September 20, 2007 - 4:41amLet's start with the question:
How the hell is it, that nobody clicks my affilliate links?.
You have asked that question yourself so many times... right?
So here's the simple and working answer!
I've checked it out by myself and it really improves the traffic amount.
The reason why people do not click you affilliate urls is simply the fact that they DO KNOW it's an affiliate url. They often "cut" the part with your affiliate ID or simply go directly to the main page.
But what if they didn't knew the fact, they go to the affiliate link? HA!
I tell one thing:
People who do not know that the given url is an affilliate link DO NOT AVOID CLICKING IT!
So... So you got your visitor!
But how to hide the affiliate url? Read ahead...
About "short urls"
Short URL aliases are seen as useful because they're easier to write down, remember or pass around, are less error-prone to write, and also fit where space is limited such as IRC channel topics or email signatures. Also some email clients impose a maximum length at which they automatically break lines requiring the user to paste together a long URL rather than just clicking on it. A short URL alias is much less likely to become broken.
