How to Make a Cheesecake in a Microwave Oven

Ingredients

Crust

- 2 cups ground cracker
- 2 tablespoons castor sugar
- 1/4 cup butter

Filling

- 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 eggs

Sour Cream

- 3/4 cups yogurt
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 1 tbsp hot water

Preparation

Crust

- Microwave butter in a 9-inch round baking dish until melted.
- Add ground cracker and sugar. Stir well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Filling

- Put cream cheese in a bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Add the other ingredients. Beat well.
- Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Stir well. Then pour on the crust.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes. Then microwave on high for another 3 minutes.
- Let it cool down. Then refrigerate for at least 8 hrs.
- Serve with sour cream and fresh fruits

Sour Cream

- Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add yogurt and sugar. Stir well.
