How to make world's best classical cocktails

Gin Sling
Ingredients 45 ml. gin
30 ml. lemon juice
15 ml. gomme syrup
soda
ice
Glass Highball
Garnish lemon wheel and cherry
Method Half-fill the glass with ice.Build
in other ingredients except soda.
stir and top with soda.

Pink Lady
Ingredients 45 ml. gin
15 ml. gomme syrup
1 egg white
Dash Grenadine
ice
Method Shake and strain
Garnish none
Glass Martini

Rob Roy
Ingredients 60 ml. scotch whisky
15 ml. sweet vermouth
Dash Angostra bitters
ice
Method Stir ingredients in a bar glass
Strain into the martini Can also
be served in an old fashioned
glass and on the rocks.
Garnish Cherry
Glass Martini
