I wonder how to pick new house to stay since I like to rent house every way(of course near to my office). This is my 8th rent house ever in my life since I'm in college. And I'm start thinking that I should have my own house in future. From all the places, from rent a room until apartment, I think I need to buy/rent a terrace or something like that since I've got car and motorcycle to take care off.
Now, it 1.14 p.m and I still not moving to clean up all the messes in current house to move in new house. Me and my friend still surfing the internet because this is the last day we will be here. We have to wait until 2-3 days for our internet connection been up by our ISP. Still got time hahhahaha
Ok, back to my question. How to choose new house? What should I have ad not have. Anybody have idea?
