How to Receive Positive Feedback on eBay and Keep it

eBay has become one of the largest on line markets in the world. With millions of visitors every day it’s no wonder why it has grown so quickly. Feedback is one of the tools eBay uses to rate its buyers and sellers. Without it there would be chaos and there would be no way to tell if a buyer or seller is reputable. Here a few tips to how to receive positive feedback and retain it as you continue selling.

In your listing, include precise information about your products details, shipping charges and return policy. Make it simple to read, add pictures, etc.

Respond to inquiries quickly via email or messaging through eBay. Give them an honest answer.

After your auction ends maintain constant communication with the buyer, send them and invoice requesting payment with a nice message asking them if they have any questions and thanking them for their purchase.

Address all complaints as soon as possible. Buyers may request a refund and in order to still receive positive feedback, it’s a good idea to do as they please as long as they ship the item back.

Be the first to leave feedback on a transaction, this shows that you’ve taken the initiative and buyers will usually be inclined do the same.
