In earlier age the man was too worky but as the development has been increadsed he became lazy.
There are some reason which tends you to be fat.
But its not mean that it depends on your diet or your
food management actually its depends little bit on your harmons and your zeens.

1). Slpeeping too much.
Actually our body needs a sleepy of 6-7 hour its enough but if increase to 10 or more it directly cause to incresing fat.
so dont sleep more.
2). Eating Fats.
Unlike I told you that fat doesnt depend on food, so we should eat more but not fat.
actually we can eat more but it may not to connect with too much fats. I think you can get it.
for example CHIPS, SNAKES, FAST FOODS etc.
3). Seating Arrangement.
Actually some persons do not think that your seating arrangent or your seating manner may cause to increase stomech outside.
4). Lack of exersise.
Who work in office they cant get time to exersise due to this they suffer a problem of increasing fat. So you should walk at least 2 km a day other wise join a zimmmm!!!!
