Now you will be able to make your ad using the design page on Googles Adsense. Make your ad and then post the code they give you on your site. It will take a few minutes before you will see the add show up so give it time.

You will now be able to start earning some money for every click or impression of the ad. It really varies between what ads pay and you can't manage that. So you will just have to keep working on your site, get more visitors coming, have good info and just hope people will click.
