How to write an "A" essay

The proper structuring of a basic essay

Have you ever seen a TV commercial where the beginning of the commercial had nothing to do with the rest of the TV ad. In essay writing that would be called an "attention getter", which is a very key part of essay writing. In this article I will give you steps to creating a successful essay paper.

You need to know clearly what your going to talk about in your essay. Most of the time you spend on your essay should be here, because this is where you can spell check, proofread, make corrections before you ever write your first word on your real essay.

Start your essay with an "attention getter" something to get the readers attention so he/she will read the rest of your paper (a bait)

Next, You need a "lead in". This bridges the "attention getter" with the "main idea" of the essay. It eases the reader into the main topic of what your writing about. It's "reeling" the reader in after you've gotten them excited about the "attention getter"

The "main idea" is the central focus of what the essay is about. Never steer clear of the main topic of your paper, because this will confuse the reader.

A "body" is where you give details, examples, experiences, facts, statistics, about your "main idea" within paragraphs.

The "body of your paragraph should captivate the reader because you should be writing from your heart.

The "conclusion" where you reproclaim the "main idea" with closing arguments. Basically its like a lawyer's closing arguments. You try to convince the reader on why you believe so much on the "main idea"
