Hummus Recipe: Super Easy with Only Four Ingredients
posted November 15, 2008 - 4:21pmHummus is the perfect choice for a healthy dip alternative. I found a super easy recipe that requires a blender and only four ingredients.
I actually eliminate tahini in my recipe and add a bit of extra lemon and a splash of olive oil instead.
Serve with cut up veggies or whole wheat pita chips. Since there's so much protein, it keeps you full for a long time as well.
