Hurricane Gustav Slows Down to Tropical Storm

Hurricane Gustav missed New Orleans completely and slowed down to a tropical storm as it passed the towns outside New Orleans and caused the maximum destruction there. There was still enough power in the storm to cause massive damage to property and people.
