I Have To Sell My Fire Island Home

I Have To Sell My Fire Island Home

I am really upset. My husband just got a terrific job offer in San Diego California, and we are going to have to move. We are going to have to sell our apartment in New York City, and our summer home on Fire Island New York.

I love my home on Fire Island. We have owned it for eight years and have made numerous improvements to make it the perfect place for our summer dream vacations. We even put in a swimming pool.

How am I going to get the price that our home is truly worth? I don’t want a bunch of lookers tramping in and out of my home. I want people who are really interested buyers. I need somebody to represent me that really knows the market.

The worst part is that I don’t have a lot of time to sell our dream home on Fire Island. We have to move to California in a few months. I don’t have a lot of time to waste while prospects make up their mind and we negotiate the price and terms of sale of my wonderful summer home.

I need a Fire Island real estate agent who has the right kind of clients that are prepared to make a good deal. I need someone that can represent my interests and sell my home in the short period of time before my husband and I have to move to California. I need someone who has my best interests at heart, who really understands the market, and who has the right clients. I need help.

I don’t want to rely on a lot of false promises, I need a real estate agent who will tell me the truth, and find me the right buyer for my home. I need someone who will recognize the value of what we have put into our home, and find us a buyer who is willing to pay a fair price for our dream home on Fire Island.
