Before I went to Venice for the first time, I had certainly heard a lot about it. No streets, but canals, not cars but gondolas and bicycles are forbidden. When I started to get more interested in the town and the idea to spend a long weekend there developed, I got myself two books. A Town Guide and a book about all the hauntings in the town. And second: Where there is love, the drive to get rich and a lot of weapons, you will find murder after murder and certainly haunted places all over.
