If You Think I'm Sp@m-ing the Comments, I'll Remind You of a Few Things
posted August 9, 2007 - 1:11amAlong with the super-thin loophole that I'm not sending email to a large number of addresses," I'm also not 'ςP@mming' in the same sense as the etymology implies ... the way commenters-on-YouTube or -Yahoo!Answers might—leaving comments that just say "meet hot girls CAMdotPERV" or something.
No, I insert the links into a natural response; you could say they strengthen whatever case I'm 'preachin`' (I am a Spiritual Humanist Minister; went to thuh websight `n ever`thang!)
That is where the readers take the responsibility—the same loophole (other than "being international") that keep Kazaa (and anyone linking to them) out of copyright-court: that it's not "illegal" to have music that you've purchased nor to play the music from your location. It is illegal to download music you haven't purchased–whether you sell it yourself from there or any of the other excuses listed here.
The Monty Python's Flying Circus-ςP@m wasn't 'dependent on whether you chose it.' It clouded out the approved dialogue whether you wanted it to or not.
If you think of my comments (which only overcloud other comments if you allow them to) as so much "ςP@M-ςP@M-ςP@M-ςP@M-ςP@M," then you can go to the 'my subscriptions'-tab of your profile-page, uncheck any of the subscriptions you don't like and 'save.'
The Truth can only set you free
if you're the one that turns The Key.
