I love writing poetry, it is one of my favourite pastimes. I have been a bit down in the dumps lately and recently started writing poetry again after about 3 years of absence from it due to freelance writing commitments and having a baby etc etc. I am now back on track with it and decided to start writing positive stuff that would uplift me when I was feeling down. I felt the lowest of the low yesterday so decided to put pen to paper and write something that would lift my spirits and  make me feel worth something, well here  is the result of my efforts.
