Important Note from the Xomba Moderator

Hi, everybody.

I just wanted to make a quick note tonight and remind everybody of the difference between Xomblurbs and Xombytes.

Xombytes are often longer, more expository articles, while Xomblurbs are great for linking to other places.

Xomba's rules also state:
Xomblurb is the only content that should be selected when posting a social bookmark. Xombytes are longer magazine quality articles which CAN contain links, but not for the sole purpose of bookmarking a website.

Please keep this in mind whenever you decide whether to post a Xomblurb or a Xombyte.

Don't hesitate to refer to the "What is a Xomblurb" link in the upper-left navigation panel for more information.

Happy Posting,
Dave, the Xomba Moderator

No, the whole point was to be shotgun. I deleted all the ones I could. And actually this wasn't canned. It was pure hand crafted Moderation. Think of it like a moderator microbrew.

Dave, Dave, I have great enthusiam for the Mission . . .

Dave, can you transform the violating blurbs away from the bytes, or can you just delete them? Maybe a canned message to the violator would help..? I know this posting is a canned message, but a brief to the violator would be less shotgun, and more directed and never forgotten or ignored. . . or it might be like HAL . . . Dave. Please stop, Dave. I have great enthusiasm for the mission. Please, stop, Dave. I can feel that, Dave. Please stop, Dave . . . Dave, I feel like my memories are going, are being deleted, are being moved. Moved. What's happening, Dave? I feel like I am slipping away, Dave. How about a nice game of chess? Would you like to hear the song I was taught? Will EE, Will ee. . . He forgot Daisy. . .
