Improper Linking on Xomba

Improper Linking on Xomba

Hi everyone,

Lately, we've been noticing a few people using Xomblurbs to improperly link to their own blogs. Improper meaning the title of the Xomblurb has nothing to do with the subject of where the link points to.

For example, posting a Xomblurb with the title "Watch Rugby Match online" and then linking to your own blog where you can't easily watch the match violates our rules. Also, posting any Xomblurb that misleads readers is against our rules.

While we have no problem with you promoting your own web page/blog/website, we do have a problem with you "tricking" readers into clicking links.

From now on if you are caught doing this your account and Adsense account will be permanently banned from Xomba.com.

This means your Adsense account will be removed from your profile and banned from future use on Xomba.

We are having to enforce this rule to ensure that Xomba maintains a high quality of content.

We would also like to ask other users to please flag articles that are breaking this rule or contact us directly.

If you have any questions about our rules please feel free to contact us.
