If I had a mile to change our world
in that mile
Senior citizens would be honored for their wisdom
Hunger of any kind would be history
Words of our Lord would be normal activities in children’s lives
Hearts of honor would be based on actions not wallets
Crooked politicians would be rejected by all men and women on this planet
in that mile
Honor to our men and women of the Armed Forces would be given by all without question
Terror and terrorist would be unknown entities
Prejudice of any kind would be breaking the law
Smiling and kindnesses toward others would be the order of each day
in that mile
Involvement of the people for the people would be our world
