India Off To A Bad Start in Olympic Games

Indian participants started the day at the Beijing Olympics with dismal performances in the various events. Most of the contenders were out of the qualifying rounds in the shooting and Judo event. Anjali Bhagwat and Avneet Singh in shooting and Tombi Devi from Judo.

The other events slated for the day are archery, badminton, boxing, rowing, swimming and sailing. But, there is very less hope for the Indians in these games too.
