India to miss longest total lunar eclipse in 7 years

The longest total lunar eclipse in the last seven years will occur on Tuesday and people in parts of northeast India would manage to get a glimpse only towards the end as it would take place during the day.

The moon would enter in the earth's shadow at 2:30 PM and would be over by around 6:00 PM when the sun will be about to set in the northeast.
