Indian government scared to speak up

Attacks on churches and Christians in Orissa and Karnataka have become a political issue with governments in both states fending allegations that they are shielding the attackers.

The Archbishop of Delhi, Vincent Concesso, in an interview to CNN-IBN, has said he believes Congress president and UPA chief Sonia Gandhi must speak out clearly against the attacks.
