Inside the ‘Heaven Park’ near Tiananmen Square Gate to Forbidden City

In between two high walls just by the Tiananmen Square Gate to Forbidden City is the 'Heaven Park'. Reached Tiananmen Square Gate to Forbidden City in the evening but decided to Spend the day at the 'Heaven Park'. Once out, the army guard will deny re-entry using the exit without reasonable cause.

What is an imperial garden without its fishes? Hordes of bright colored carps welcome visitors near the 'Heaven Park' entrance.

Pretty blooming flowers everywhere you turn inside the 'Heaven Park'. Its the season before winter somewhere in September.

Plenty of plant growth hanging down the trees behind me in the 'Heaven Park'. Dunno what they are called but adds to the soothing ambiance.

Celebrating the Beijing 2008 Olympics was in order way before real occasion.

The arched bridges over the splitting water way provide a good opportunity for taking pictures.

Such an intriguing oriental coincidence that the arched bridge provides; framing anybody that rest nearby.

A more rustic look for an imperial garden, mimicking the river banks of rural China.

The Heaven Park is a fairly long straight walk; more than one would expect from a typical garden but no less to expect from an imperial one.
