Insomnia
posted September 14, 2008 - 6:34amLike millions of Americans, I suffer from insomnia.I've tried over the counter medications and prescription medications.To no avail.I've tried sleeping with the tv off, with the tv on,drinking warm milk,not smoking before bed,even tried quitting smoking,exercise a time before bed,light to no
caffiene before bed....all didn't work. I bought a new bed, bed padding, tried removing my computer out of my room....still couldn't sleep. Most people experience insomnia time to time, but for me it's a daily thing.It's gotten so bad I may have to undergo a sleep study.They will be testing for things like sleep apnea, which is a serious condition where you stop breathing at night while sleeping.Actually my cousin died of it.I'll keep you posted on what my sleep issues are after the sleep study.
