· Insomnia

· Silence
The room should be very quiet. Earplugs can be worn if there is too much of noise from outside
· A traditional remedy
Sip a soothing hot drink like camomile tea or thin milk. This has a calming effect.

1. Avoid late night working or watching late night television or eating late since all these would stimulate your brain.
