International Chocolate day

International Chocolate day

Is there such thing as the International Chocolate Day. Do all countries celebrate this day and when is this celebration. This site gives you many information about this celebration and they even have ecards for it. So, seriously,  do you think we need somebody to tell us what to do in this day? it's called Chocolate day for God sake!... :)
