Internet Addiction - Any Web Addicts In Here?

Internet addiction is becoming as common as any other addiction and affects workplace productivity among other things in a bad way.
I believe I suffer from a fairly severe but yet controllable case of Internet addiction myself and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in here?

is not limiting my personal or work life yet but I can definetely see the potential of this happening. The first thing I do when i come home at night is to turn on my computer and it stays on until bedtime, if my internet connection is down I also go mad and check to see if it's up again every other minute. It's crazy
