If you received an email from "internet service provider consorcium" then do not open it! It is a scam and it is trying to install a trojan virus on your computer. First of all "consorcium" is really spelled consortium so that should be a clue right of the bat. If you think you may have downloaded this virus I highly recommend that you run an anti-virus program. Avast! is a good free option for your ant-virus need. Here is a link:
