Investment Strategy That Involves Buy When The Prices Are At Their Lowest

Before the credit crunch I saw this tax cut as the major influence on the market this year and did see it as a major concern for the property market as their will be plenty of investors like me who bought 6 years ago and have substantial equity that we could release and still only have a mild tax bill.
