In recent months, there has been rapidly growing tension between Iran and the west over the Iranian nuclear program. The United States and Israel continue to assert that Iran's nuclear program designed to develop nuclear weaponry for use against Israel. Iran and Russia, however, claim that the nuclear program is designed for peaceful power only.
