IRAN: Nuclear report a Victory !!

Iran has turned out to be a nuclear country. Ahmadinejad declares the report to be a success.
Bush had warned the nation for years against nuclear empowerment.
U.S. intelligence agencies had concluded that Iran has suspended nuclear weapons works in 2003.
It was highly unlikely that they can develop any uranium bomb until 2010.
