Is It The End Of Fuel Subsidies?

Many Asian governments have started lifting the fuel subsidies in force. This is sure to take the prices of fuel through the roof. The biggest loser may yet turn out to be the ruling congress party of India, which faces elections this year and would not want to raise prices at such a critical juncture.
